Heather McDougall started her insurance career in 1998 and worked with a broker as an assistant in the individual health, life, medicare and employee benefits markets.

In 2005, Heather helped open Affiliated Insurance Solutions in Mesa Arizona. At this time her knowledge grew to other lines of business including commercial property, auto and liability insurance as well as home and auto.

Heather’s goal is to ensure each client has a benefit package that meets their needs and their budget and that each one understands how their insurance policies “work” for them.
Heather has lived in Arizona since 1986 and has clients extending to all corners of the Valley.

Caryn Lee has been working in the medical field for 30 years. Her career started working in the hospital sector. After a few years she transitioned into the private medical practice arena. While there her responsibilities included troubleshooting hospital claims for the practice's patients, aging medical claims for her physicians and medical billing. In 1996 she left to start her own business in the medical billing industry. In 2005 Caryn helped found AIS to leverage her knowledge in the medical insurance industry and as a hedge against changes in medical insurance which could adversely affect her billing practice.

Caryn's background allows her to ensure you get all the claims your policy allows and to "fight and win" for those times the Insurance companies push back on claims they should be covering.
